Ajax GlassProtect Black – Wireless Glass Break Detector

Ajax GlassProtect Black

The Ajax GlassProtect Black is a wireless ajax glass break detector designed to identify glass breakage events in indoor environments. Using advanced acoustic analysis, it detects the sound frequency of breaking glass while filtering out background noise and false triggers.

The detector can be installed up to 9 meters from windows, providing reliable protection for residential and commercial spaces.

Detection Technology

This ajax glass break detector uses an electret microphone to analyse sound patterns associated with glass breakage.

The system distinguishes between:

• Actual glass break events
• Background noise such as thunder, barking, or traffic

This ensures accurate detection and reduces false alarms.

The device operates using Ajax Jeweller radio technology.

• Communication range up to 1,000 m in open space
• Two-way communication with the hub
• Operating frequency: 868.0 – 868.6 MHz
• RF output power up to 20 mW
• AES encryption for secure communication

This provides stable and secure connectivity within the security system.

Security Protection

The detector includes multiple anti-sabotage features:

• Fraud prevention
• Jamming detection
• Tamper resistance
• Remote configuration and testing

These features ensure system integrity and protection against interference.
